Our Services

We use a 3 Axis CNC cutting machine, which has a maximum routing area of 2400mm x 1220mm x 200mm, it's highly versatile, and allows us to cut a wide range of sheet materials.

See below for different cutting strategies and more information on services.

2.5D V Bit Carving Bevelled Carving
Engraving Machining Along Vectors
Inlays Variables

Cutting Definitions: 2D, 2.5D, 3D

A 2D object in the CNC Routing world actually has 3 dimensions, as it is cutting into a piece of 3D material. It can be confusing, as 2D will make a 3D cut in an object. The best way I can describe 2D cutting is that the material is cut at a constant depth from one side (i.e. the top).

A 2.5D object is as above but can have variable depth, but cut from one side.

A 3D object is cut from all sides and usually requires a much more complex procedure to achieve the desired results.
